Brighton Youth Ultimate (BYU) is one of the founding locations of Youth Ultimate UK. We provide a fun and inclusive space for young people across East and West Sussex to learn and play
Ultimate Frisbee.
Our weekly club trainings are based in Brighton & Hove.
U14 & U17 Training
Ages 8-17 welcome!
Our junior sessions run once a week on a Monday
from Monday 13th April 2026.
Location: Preston Park, Brighton, BN1 6SD
(next to the Chalet Café).
Time: 17:30 - 19:00
When: Monday evenings during term time.
U20 Training
Ages 15 - 18 welcome!
Our sessions are open to to players aged 15 - 18. Any level of experience is welcome!
Training is once a month for 3 hours in Brighton.
