Izzy Collins
Founder and Head Coach of Youth Ultimate UK, Izzy began her Ultimate journey at Sussex University in 2014. She has represented GB Women at the 2024 World Championships in Australia and secured Bronze at the 2022 and 2023 European Ultimate Club Championships. Coaching at both Sussex and Brighton Universities, Izzy brings unmatched passion, energy, and expertise to every session.

Evie Smith
Evie is a Master’s Student in Applied Child Psychology at the University of Sussex. She has over three years of experience playing for the University of Sussex Hawks team and competing in both mixed and women's teams in the UK and abroad. She is passionate about the sport and dedicated to promoting positive team culture, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring all players feel valued.

George Hamer
George is a First Year Astrophysics student at the University of Sussex with over two years of experience playing Ultimate Frisbee both nationally and internationally. George also has experience playing and coaching other sports, such as Football. He is passionate about developing emerging talent and is dedicated to helping new players improve their skills. He loves sharing his enthusiasm for Ultimate Frisbee and making sure everyone feels involved and motivated.

Anna Hills
Anna is a recent graduate at the University of Sussex, where she discovered her passion for Ultimate Frisbee while studying Sociology and British Sign Language. As an international player, she is keen to share her knowledge and educate the younger generation.
With a strong background in childcare, Anna naturally creates inclusive and engaging environments for players of all ages and abilities. She is passionate about encouraging players to uphold these values both on and off the pitch. Anna is deeply committed to promoting Ultimate as an accessible and inclusive sport for all.
