Founder and Head Coach of Youth Ultimate UK, Izzy began her Ultimate journey at Sussex University in 2014. She has represented GB Women at the 2024 World Championships in Australia and secured Bronze at the 2022 and 2023 European Ultimate Club Championships. Coaching at both Sussex and Brighton Universities, Izzy brings unmatched passion, energy, and expertise to every session.

Evie is a Master’s Student in Applied Child Psychology at the University of Sussex. She has over three years of experience playing for the University of Sussex Hawks team and competing in both mixed and women's teams in the UK and abroad. She is passionate about the sport and dedicated to promoting positive team culture, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring all players feel valued.

George is a First Year Astrophysics student at the University of Sussex with over two years of experience playing Ultimate Frisbee both nationally and internationally. George also has experience playing and coaching other sports, such as Football. He is passionate about developing emerging talent and is dedicated to helping new players improve their skills. He loves sharing his enthusiasm for Ultimate Frisbee and making sure everyone feels involved and motivated.

Jet is a Graduate at the University of Sheffield where he has since worked as a substitute teacher.

With over 10 years of experience at club level, he has represented both Great Britain and Malaysia on the international stage since for several years - including captaining the GB Mens team at the World Under 24 Championships in 2025. Throughout this time he has coached across a wide range of ages and abilities, bringing a passion for developing young players and a high level of Ultimate experience.
