This winter, we’re creating a new opportunity for girls and women across the South East to train, develop and play Ultimate together.

The Women & Girls’ Development Programme will bring players from across Brighton, Guildford, Southampton and beyond together for regular regional training. Sessions will rotate between locations every couple of weeks, giving players the chance to train with different people and build connections across the wider Ultimate community.

It’s for anyone aged 15+, from young players taking their next step out of youth Ultimate, to university students looking for more opportunities to train, to experienced players who want some additional Ultimate.
